Accent Compliance, LLC (Accent) is a federal certified woman-owned small business (WOSB), headquartered in Lumberton, Texas with offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Salt Lake City, Utah. We are a family of dedicated professionals meeting the environmental and inspection needs of the energy industry. Accent takes pride in assisting our clients to successfully construct projects while navigating through ever evolving environmental regulations. Accent provides experienced inspectors who strive for excellent quality and a commitment to high standards which are required to meet critical deadlines while completing projects that are in environmental compliance.

Many of Accent’s staff are multi-generational employees in the energy sector. Through this depth of experience, Accent is able to competently perform project duties including daily field oversight; training contractors in compliance and safety requirements for the project; and daily and weekly project reporting. Accent’s staff specializes in environmental inspection: however, we also provide utility and craft inspection services and also assist clients in permit planning prior to construction. Ms. Padgett has 16 years of professional experience as an Environmental Manager, Inspector and Environmental Trainer in the oil and gas industry.  Over the last 10 years, she has been on the management team of the Ruby Pipeline and the Rockies Express Pipeline, two of the larger pipelines constructed in the Lower 48. Ms. Padgett began her career at Florida State University in Florida.  She has worked as the project coordinator on the Sierrita Pipeline and the Ruby Pipeline Project, as a lead inspector on the Parkway Pipeline Project and the Rockies Express Pipeline.  Her previous experience includes work as a redliner, inspector, OSP Locator, craft inspector, utility inspector and environmental inspector.  Ms. Padgett is skilled in working with federal, state, county and city regulatory agencies and facilitating environmental compliance between agencies and contractors. She is proficient at training new inspectors on standards and regulations of all inspection duties to assure compliance with regulatory agencies and representing companies.  Ms. Padgett is proficient in planning, organizing and conducting Project-specific programs for contractors and company staff.  In 2014, Ms. Padgett founded Accent Compliance, LLC and became the company president.
